To welcome us at company office, Ms. Tran Thi Diu Hoa (General Director) shared that according to NHO's stategicin next 5 years, company will launch 5,000 apartments in lower and middle-income segmentation, which is approximately 25% of total number of residents' needs in this segment all over the country.
Furthermore, this number will be doubled in next 5 years, with 10,000 apartments which will make up 5% of the total market demand.
“While everyone is looking at the real estate market with skepticism, we think differently.. I believe the market will recover in next 5 years. The problem is which segment we should invest reasonably, “said Ms. HoaTran.
For a reasonable price, Ms. Hoa Tran said the company has to calculate the cost closely and stringently. Not only does NHO apply the advanced construction technology and method from Korea in the development of model housing for low-income people, NHO calculates the cost of construction and low-cost project management in per square meter of the project for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
According to Ms. Hoa Tran, company can offer the reasonable price depended on each local policy. For example, in An Giang province, the company will launch a housing project to provide with the price of about 7 million /m2 to officers and staffs of the province.
The reason how NHO can achieve such value is because An Giang government has supported the company by land tax exemption and handing over the site with a completed basic infrastructure for construction.
At the ground breaking ceremony of Thanh Loc – First Home Project at District 12, HCMC, Mr. Lawrence Tham, Chairman of NHO, could not hide his joy as he said “we are determined to implement the projects in accordance with the needs of Vietnamese people. Thanh Loc – First Home is our first project to demonstrate our efforts.”
Therefore, the project scale is 13 floors, area of 5,000 m2, with total invested capital of about 202 billion Vietnam Dong. After running, Thanh Loc – First Home Project will provide 486 apartments for low and middle income people with high quality at affordable prices.

According to Mr Hieu, at the ground-breaking ceremony, the people of District 12, HCMC now have a chance to own an affordable apartment in accordance with their needs and acceptable price.
According to Ms Hoa - General Director of NHO, the company had calculated carefully to offer the reasonable price to assist people in buying an apartment with the cost of 10 million/m2. Moreover, NHO has also associated with reputable banks such as: BIDV, Vietinbank, ACB... to arrange for buyers in order to provide loans at interest from 70% to 80% and deferred payment within 10 to 15 years.
"After this project, in 2013, we will start other 2-3 projects in HCMC, Binh Duong, An Giang. NHO's plan is to invest in low and middle-class segment, and we are determined to pursue that goal," remarked Ms Tran Thi Diu Hoa.
